Andrew Campbell, PE, Principal Engineer

Andrew Campbell has over 26 years of experience in the management, treatment, containment, and disposal of specialized waste streams and land pollution. His work has also included compliance and design of petroleum storage facilities. Andrew’s background includes 10 years of developing and managing federal, state, and commercial contracts using time-and-expenses, firm fixed price, and performance-based payment structures.

Andrew has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Davis. He holds professional engineering licenses in Arizona, California, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Texas, and Washington. Andrew is adept at researching engineering and scientific guidance and practice references and then successfully implementing them in real-world settings.

Andrew conducts business through a combination of communication, transparency, careful management of expectations, and empowering those around him. He is a firm believer in servant leadership. Andrew organizes projects by work breakdown structures to unify and monitor their scopes, schedules, and budgets and has developed company processes for quality management, financial performance, and resource planning.

Andrew is a family man who devotes much of his spare time to home improvement projects and volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts of the USA. His volunteer work has also included sitting on Community Planning Advisory Councils for both Orangevale and Fair Oaks in Sacramento County, balancing community input with ownership rights for land development projects.
